A Little About The CEO

Tameeka Lesley is a Music Business & Service Professional with over 10 years of experience. She is a native of Brooklyn, New York, currently residing in Richmond, Virginia. Tameeka is the CEO of The Mix Network LLC, which is a multi-faceted management and consulting company. The birth of this business has provided the opportunity to fuse her passion of event production/management, business promotions and artist management/development.

Tameeka operates The Mix Network with the mission to “bring your vision to life.” She believes that the more people you help become successful, the more successful you become. This mission is achieved by helping entrepreneurs, small business owners and independent music artists grow through “Purpose Driven Connections.” 

In 2019, Tameeka was nominated for the Her Collective HERoes “Lift As You Climb” award. She is currently a representative of the Central Virginia area, with the International Singer Songwriters Association (ISSA); and is managing Hakeem Romance, an R&B artist in Richmond, Virginia. She also has experience co-hosting a monthly podcast called “All The Way Live” which aired on YouTube and Instagram, via Cruz Inc. Radio. This platform showcased and reviewed Indie Artist music, provided live media coverage, interviews, performances, and shared music industry gems.
